This map shows the normal time-in-transit for ground shipments made from our studio in Livermore, CA, (in the San Francisco Bay Area). Click on map to enlarge. - During the holiday rush, please add one day to expected delivery times.
- We also offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services and normally process orders within one business day. Although it is not one of our three standard shipping methods, you may request an upgrade to 3 Day Select shipping in the Order Notes section during checkout.
- If you'd like your UPS driver to leave your package if they attempt delivery when you are not home, please request Shipper Release in the Order Notes during checkout.
UPS guarantees 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air deliveries during holiday periods, weather permitting.
The Service Guarantee does NOT apply to UPS commercial and residential GROUND shipments or UPS Standard to Canada shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 24. In
addition, except for UPS Early A.M. and UPS Worldwide Express Plus
deliveries, the guarantee for on-schedule delivery for all other Air
and International service shipments delivered within the United States
will be extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and on
December 19 through December 24.
Kyle Design is not responsible for weather caused delays in the arrival of your package and so will not credit shipping costs. UPS also does not give credit for shipping costs in such situations.
